Payment Policy

1st night payment is required as deposit.
Full payment on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Should a site or accommodation booking be cancelled prior to or during the period of reservation, then the proprietor will make reasonable effort to re-let the site, and if able to do so then any sum paid will be refunded less a $20 administration fee. If the site or accommodation is unable to be re-let then all or part of any sum paid will be forfeited as liquidated damages at the discretion of the proprietor

Child Policy

Child rate is between 4 and 15 years. Infants are 3 years and under and are free if using existing bedding.

Check-In Policy

The standard check-in time is 2 pm. Earlier check-in is possible by arrangement.

Pet Policy

We accept pets at the park by arrangement.

We do not accept aggressive breeds and all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times due to animals and other guests comfort. All "poo" must be cleared away. There are some areas of the park where dogs cannot go. We do allow dogs in the units but they must have their own dog beds and bowls.

Dogs cannot sleep on our beds and chairs and must have their own dog beds. There is a "dog in unit" charge of $20. Please select this when you book and contact us if you are unsure.
